Additional notes:
   Ground water measurements (Ground) were taken at all stations. Also, at some
   stations where there might be surface water, measurements (Surface) were
   taken in reference to a fixed point. Depth of ground water measurements are
   given in relation to the 1989 surface level. A negative depth means the
   depth to the water level was above the surface/fixed point.
   These data are currently under review.
