Additional notes:
  Arthropods were sampled in the plots using D-vacs. Each sample consisted of
    all the arthropods caught in 8 8-inch diameter spots along the edge (in
    about 1 meter or so) of each plot. Samples were manually sorted under
    magnification, specimens identified to species or morphospecies within known
    families or genera and enumerated.
