                within sample areas.
Label Species:  Species ID from plant species table (GGSS or GGGX)
Label Cover:    Cover Class (1=0-1%, 2=2-5%, 3=6-25%, 4=26-50%, 5=51-75%, 
                6=76-100%) used in 1995, calculated for earlier surveys
Label Percent:  Relatitve percent cover, used in 1984 and 1990 surveys; 
                calculated for 1995 survey as cover class midpoints
