Cedar Creek monitors various environmental factors that may be relevant to ongoing experiments. Groundwater depth is sampled regularly and weather data is collected. Data is available at www.cedarcreek.umn.edu/database/query. Nitrogen deposition is moitored at Cedar Creek's NADP station. In addition, several ongoing experiments study plant phenology, the study of timing of biological events (e.g., budding, reproduction) that are influenced by environmental changes.
